Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats, cooked in water
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 Tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 packets of Sweetener (I used Splenda)
- dash of cinnamon, or pumpkin pie spice, for the top
Directions:
- Cook oatmeal in water per directions on container or about 1.5 minutes in the microwave
- Stir in pumpkin, yogurt, sweetener, mix well
- Sprinkle cinnamon or spice on top and enjoy!
